Three BI

🏃 Getting Started

Load a BIM File

  1. Open the viewer at https://threebi.com/viewer.

    • Note: None of the data you import into our app is processed by our servers - everything runs locally on your machine. You can find more details in the Security section.
  2. In the top-left corner, click the File menu, then select the Open option.

    Open ifc file import dialog

  3. Drag your .ifc file into the area marked with dotted lines, or click the Choose File button to upload it.

    • Note: Currently, only IFC files are supported. If you have a file in another format (like a Revit file), please convert it to IFC first.

Interact with the BIM Model

Object Tree

On the right side, at the top of the sidebar, you’ll find the Object Tree. Here you can toggle parts of your BIM model on or off - for example, you might choose to view only a specific storey. These selections can later be used when exporting parts of your BIM model to your preferred format.
